Garbo’s Grill is all about making fresh, delicious food for everyone in our little paradise. With a wide range of customers, locals and visitors from all over the country and the world, we are known not only for its high-quality products, unique flavors and special way to twist and elevate tacos, dogs and burgers.
Consistency is key for us, consumers’ love is extremely important for us, we want everyone to get the same flavor on each order, limited menu performance on the same way every time, friendly attention to all and a fun experience on the window of our food truck.
We have a mission that goes above and beyond profit. We donate 100% of profit on
merchandise to help rehome and rehab doggies. Garbo’s brand shares these values
with Hank’s Hair of the Dog Saloon and with this partnership we worked hard to create a fun safe space for dogs and owners were all welcomed and there was no pressure living and embracing the true island style.
